Solid buff brahma project?

I have a buff black tailed Brahma. It's very beautiful. His grandfather was not a purebred Brahma.

Not many generations. In the first generation you will get buff. In the end it comes to selection for birds with less black in the tail. Even birds with solid buff genetics would have black in their tails if not for breeder selection, in fact, many still do. In the second generation you will have a lot of variation, select only the most buff ones with Brahma traits.

Well "Not Many" if all he wants is Self Buff looking birds, but Quite a lot if he wishes to regain the Brahma type, you just can't breed A with Breed B and get AB and call it a Brahma.

In fact, I wish they had this golden Brahma. Similar to Orpington. It's fascinating.
