New to Group

OK yes I'm new to the group. And I think I am supposed to further introduce myself? Perhaps this was already stated ? I have 10 chickens now. Two older girls at 6 years old. A Buff Orpington and Rhode Island Red., Daisy Doodle and Teaberry. I got newly hatched chicks in April 2025. 6 are black sexlinks. 4 are
RIR x Copper Maran... Petunia, Pansy, Poppy Two Toes, and Iris. 2 are RIR x Barred Rocks...Violet and Tulip. And my other two are Easter Eggers... Zucchini and Patty Pan. I live in south central Pennsylvania on a mountaintop. Ive been around chickens all my life. When I was a kid, my best buddy was a Rhode Island Red Rooster named Mr Bob. He would actually ride on my bike with me and I would take him up into my treehouse! LOL. My chickens are truly my family with any eggs being a bonus. Love my chickids. Thank you so much for your reply about my Mr Bob. That was way back in the day, the 1960s. Yikes! It sounds like you have silkies. I did years ago. So very very soft and fluffy.
Like I said, I am new to the group, so nice to make new friends. As I figure out the tech stuff.
