Hello! I hatched a chick who started solid blue but now has some gold leakage, specifically on his head. The dad is a blue copper marans. momma hens are any of these;

The chick in question;

There's also this little weirdo - she has black popping up but also red?? I'm wondering if my buff orpington cross is momma (olive egger male over a buff orpington hen - she lays a very dark green egg, has two feathers on her feet and a pea comb). She's in the second image - solid buff hen behind the buff Brahma.

I dropped their feeder RIGHT AT THEIR ENCLOSURE. Please ignore the spilled feed.

Thanks in advance! I appreciate y'all.

The first chick looks like a buff Brahma cross, it’s possible one of the other hens is their mother (the blue hen with feathered feet and a pea comb is another possibility), but his body shape seems more Brahma-like to me. The second chick is splash, so has to be from a blue or splash hen. I’m betting she’s from one of the two blue and red EE hens in the second picture. The beardless hen seems more likely, but the bearded hen could possibly be the mother too.

Thank you for getting back to me!! I was thinking Brahma too but the chicken calculator thing is throwing me for a loop. This color combo doesn't show up at all but I guess there's lots of variables and what's hidden underneath everything, or what lineage made the bird before it.

I didn't think of Splash since she's... I guess red splash and all my birds have been blue splash. That makes sense though. She's one of my favorites and had weird colors at hatch. Blue and red smeared with some blond. The circled one is her as a chick
