I have 3 pullets age 18 weeks in my outside coop and 7 chicks inside about 3-4 weeks old). Turns out 2 of my "pullets" outside are actually cockerels and I can't keep them. I have some potential roo homes lined up but my question is should I send the pullet with them as well or should I keep her as a lone girl until the others are old enough to join her? I know chickens are social and I don't want her to become lonely out there by herself but it'll obviously be a while before the chicks are feathered and ready. And then, I don't know how easy it will be to integrate her and them together.

Thoughts?

Hmm, could go either way. One one hand it might be easier to rehome one of the boys if you include her with him. On the other, if you're attached to her and would like to keep her, since you have chicks coming up she'd eventually integrate with them so she'd still have a flock, just with a bit of down time where she'll be alone.
