Solutions to bullying-an Eglu coop/run?

Assuming your coop and run are big enough, here's my suggestion. Put Maybelle and her buddies back with the flock. Put the three bullies in the tractor in an area where they can't see the main flock and the flock can't see them. Wait about 4/5 days and reintroduce one of the bullies back into the flock. Wait another 4/5 days and reintroduce another bully. And repeat for the last one. If they go straight back to bullying, leave them in the tractor longer. With this you are making the bullies the newest members. They will need to find their new place and they won't have their little group to back them up.

If that doesn't work and you don't want to cull anyone, then I would do as others have said and separate the bullies into their own flock.
I do like this. The problem is ..my tractor has no coop and is in no way predator proof. I put together one afternoon and a wya for them to have access to grass without hawks being able to get them. It's basically a play area.

Beyond that, I have a dog crate which certainly won't hold three chickens either along with food/water.

Can you put them in the tractor during the day and in the crate at night? Maybe put the crate in the garage or a shed to protect them. It wouldn't be ideal, but it would only be short term.

I could do during the day and a crate in my house at night. I don't have a garage either!

You can try pinless peepers on the bullies. I used them once on a bully & they worked well (they just block the line of sight so it's hard for them to pick on someone but they can still eat & drink & chicken). I would think in your situation it would be ideal to let the bullied hen establish herself back in with the peepers on the mean girls & then try removing the peepers in a few weeks.
