Yes you can certainly tell these are the top of the line roosters LOL LOL, The guy really knows his birds!!! not even the breed is mentioned. the run they are in as you can see is in a wonderfull location at the junkyard and the run was constructed by a real craftsman. Any self respecting chicken person can see this joker is a real flake trying to scam of few bucks from some idiot. i seem to find or hear allot of this on Craigslist, another sham if you ask me. needless to say no BYCers will be calling this knucklehead anytime soon, good for us.
No, thats not special bloodlines. My money is on fighting roosters. Even though it is "illegal" in all 50 states, has been legal up until this month in Louisiana. When the bill passed outlawing it last summer, it wasn't supposed to go into effect until this year. Its still very VERY prevalent in underground pits down in that area.
I would expect them to be dubbed if they were actually for the "sport".Maybe it is a typo- maybe it is something else- Here in SC it is still a thriving underground "sport" too.You see people with lots of barrels with roos on tie outs - like 50 or more in rows.
Im betting its for sport, but really sence it SO overpriced LOL I flagged it so no one can fall for it if there stupid enough...if you guys want to get rid of it just flag it, it only takes I think 10 people to flag it to get it deleted

I don't agree with this AT ALL. He has a right to ask $100 for those birds, and his ad should not have been flagged, even if it is overpriced. I dont agree with the "sport" and I certainly dont agree with the price, but its not my, nor anyone elses position to tell him what to price his birds at.

Isn't the selling of live animals against the Craigslist TOS? I haven't paid any attention in the last year or so, but that certain used to be the rule. Animal ads got flagged off all the time. Not for being overpriced, though.
