Some Kind Of Respiratory Infection, Should I use Penicillin G Procaine

Hello,
Sorry to only write when my girls are sick but here goes. One of my hens has some sort of resp infection. I can here her gargle fluid as she breathes. This is the first day of audible signs on an infection and I know she laid an egg today. I only have Pen G Procaine and am wondering if it is what I would want to use in the absence of any other med at my disposal at the moment. Tomorrow I will be gone the entire day and dont want to put things off till Saturday.

Any advice? Also, whats the proper dosage???
