AAAAAAK! I MUST HAVE SOME!!!

I bid on some eggies on ebay, but lost. And then the seller contacted me with a second chance offer, but the DH saw the email and said, "WHY ARE YOU BIDDING ON PEACOCK EGGS???!!"

"I am not bidding on peacock eggs............

.....the hens lay eggs, not the males."

BEAUTIFUL Peafowl!!! We've thought of it different times, but so far haven't gotten any. What is the average pen size for a trio? I'd prefer to have pens built before we'd ever get them 'on a whim', lol.

Very pretty birds! That is exactly what I wanted to do, build the peacocks pen before I got them, but my plans might change because our netting has been delayed so I might get the pea's first

Peacocks require 100sq feet per bird. But I think that peahens dont need 100sqft so I go by 50sqft for them. You could have a trio in a 10'x20' pen. I would make it a little bigger though.
I first thought I would build a 10'20' pen for a trio, now I have a 15'x20' pen for a trio. But I might be expanding it to a 20'x20 pen since my netting might not arrive until next week.
