New chick laying on side

Thoughts on this? New chick can't get their balance- it keeps falling over. Legs will quiver and shake, toes still curled. I cant feel the tendons out of place? Administered some poultry cell via syringe but unsure of next step.

Chick is approx 24 hrs old.

It needs to be put on a cardboard with its feet taped to the underside for a day, maybe less. Also give it a drop of liquid vitamin E to help with the balance.

Update: Chick is still falling over and cant get her balance. She seems to sway back and forth like a rocking ship. If she gets her balance enough she can run forward very quickly before her sway makes her fall on her side again. She's bright, alert, and very vocal in her complaints. Im thinking about administering a drop of the vitamin supplements every two hours and see if that helps. I've been holding her steady as she walks to get her to food and water, but shes not very successful at eating pellets since her aim is bad. She seems healthy aside from her poor balance. Im hoping this is something that can be fixed.
