My GLW girl is 27 weeks old now. Out of a younger group of 22 girls, including my two Delaware girls and the two Blue Orps, there are now 5 of those not laying yet, two RIRS, two Ameraucanas and my banty Cochin, Shadow. My Easter Egger laid five eggs, spaced days apart and she hasn't laid another one for a week. She's about 35 weeks old. Guess the shorter days may have something to do with it.
