As the immage suggests, sulfur is flammable and if you get the powder form, an explocive hazzard. Demand they provide you the SDS sheet and closely read it before paying/taking their wares.

Nu-Stock is safe for use in animals and livestock. I've used it on my birds as needed. Simply use common sense and dont set your birds on fire!

I was referring to buying the pouder dry and mixing it up him Self. The emulsion itself should be definitely not flammable in common conditions.
