Some of my hens still have watery poop after worming

They were wormed a month ago and I've seen a couple of them still have runny poos, is that normal? They also have some poop in their vent feathers

Also mine seem to prefer puddles over their drinkers, any time there is heavy rain and a puddle emerges they are all in it could this be another reason why they have runny stools?

Do you have any photos?
Runny poop can be a number of things, from diet/drinking too much water to parasites and illness. Getting a fecal float to rule out a worm infestation is always a good idea.
