I posted a pic of this chick to determine breed some time back and I think the comment was prob mixed.
Sinve then, I have chatted to the lady I got ir from (she wasn't present when I picked tree the last time I was there) and she asked if maybe it coukld be a Lakenvelder. I have never seen one but photos do look similar in the ones I found which are rare, for this age. Most are of adult birds. The chick is about a month old maybe? I think it is a roo which means it has to go anyway but still wonderiShe will trade me something else for it and the 2 blue (probably blue Brahmas) chicks I got at the same time. They are also roos.
Is it possible it might be a Lakenvelder?
