The rest shoud be fine, even the younger ones. Cannibalism rarely occurs while they are freeranging - they have too many other things to scratch and peck at and they can get away from one another. It's one of the reasons I turn mine out at 3 weeks, sometimes sooner in the summer - I've never had an issue with them pecking one another. And when I say I freerange, I mean no fences whatsoever. They may stick close to coop, may venture into our "yard" area, may go to the woods - but they have a ball.
