I have chickens, and now I want to start raising Pharaoh quail for meat. I used up all my extra wire and lumber on chicken coops and kinda short on cash to buy materials for quail pens right now. But I have this great incubator and lots of time...

Housing for Coturnix can be as inexpensive as you need it to be. Rabbit hutches work wonderful and people are giving them away on freecycle.org or CL all the time. Also people just get rid of scraps from their building projects that you can salvage too.
