Yea the rain can stop any day now! My uncle just finished my coop, so the birds are still in the house. Luckily, I saw it was leaking and hopefully fixed it. I haven't been out to check on it.

I saw Contestants #1 and #2 physically crow this morning. I have to assume that means #3 is also a Roo, considering he has feathering exactly like #1? This means half my "pullets" were Roos and of course TSC will only sell in lots of 6, so I am not sure where to go from here!! So FRUSTRATING!!!!

Unfortunately, with Easter Eggers, it's usually the boys who are pretty. Girls are fairly drab.

I think at least 1 and 2 are boys, although one may be just trying to copy the crower, sometimes girls do that. But, they stand like boys, imo.

Were they sold straight run? Guess that gives you a 50/50 chance.

You may be able to find more chicks on craigslist if you want to replace the boys.
