Someone explain this

Old picture of a Blue Partridge Silkie, just for comparison of color. Of course with partridge, it's gonna vary in shade, & pattern a bit.

Your chick is partridge based. Your mottled and blue adults patterns/colors would be dominant over partridge.
To get that chick the pattern gene would have to come from both sides of the parentage so your rooster and at least one hen carries partridge.
A hen like that can very easily hide that it's carrying it so it'll be hard to figure out which one is.
With only one rooster that's a no brainer but a rooster carrying it usually does show some color leakage. I couldn't tell if yours is or not.
 
I have bantam cochins. 3 black mottled & 1 blue hen, with a blue rooster. And I got this out of the incubator today. Where did this color come from?
This is a new color that just hatched from the same parents!
