There two alikeThey are mixed breed. The three pictured are something Silkie mixed maybe a Cochin Bantam.

7?! Wow! I have never heard of a chicken having 7 toes on one foot. Normal chickens have 4 toes, some breeds (like silkies) have 5 because that's there breed, anything past that is probably a deformity he was born with.
