Someone help me tell me if this is a hen or rooster please

I rescued this as a chick maybe 5 .weeks old or more and I assumed it was a rooster because it would fight with my duck if someone could tell me it barely has a comb or waddle so it's kinda scaring me its growing considerably but not the comb or waddle can anyone tell me why please help me this is making me think he/she is sick
