poor baby was fine last night but now this is happening. She falls over and cant get up....also she doesn't open her eyes at all. Has been eating 18% protein medicated starter, no treats and fresh water. She is vaccinated for Merricks. I know that's not full proof but worth mentioning. It won't let me upload a video bc of some required extension I cant figure out. Here's a pic. Please help!

Edited to add. I'm using pine shavings and she acts thirsty when I offer drops of water.

Can you get some electrolites in her? Sav-a-chick is good, pedialite can be used. I would give some every 20 minutes or so until she can take on her own, alternate with fresh, clean water, either dip the beak, drop on the tip of the beak, or I will hold them so their beak rests in a crease of my finger and drip into the crease and it will run into the beak. Give as much as she will take each time. If you have some poultry nutri drench give a couple of drops of that.
How many chicks do you have, and what is your brooder set up? Pics are always helpful.

I have pedialyte so I'll try that. I've attached a photo of my brooder set up. The others seem fine. Water is fresh daily...sometimes multiple times...and pine shavings are changed every couple days. The all seem to move freely around eating and drinking and then sleeping under the lamp so I believe I have the temperature right. Last year I raised chicks in this same set up and had great luck.

She looks pretty far gone...

Nothing inherently wrong with your set up. They will outgrow that space quickly, but you probably already know that. That chick may have been weak, may have gotten trampled, may have been kept from water, it happens. I would do your best keep it hydrated and give it some time. Sometimes that is all it takes, sometimes you lose them despite trying.
This thread may help, this is what I do when I have weak chick. Best of luck to you, I hope it makes it. :hugs

Thanks for the help! I do have an alternate place that I move them to as they outgrow this space. I'll try some pedialyte and hope for the best.
