Thanks for the help! I do have an alternate place that I move them to as they outgrow this space. I'll try some pedialyte and hope for the best.

I'm very sorry she didn't make it. When they are so small it is very difficult many times to know what happened, some chicks simply fail to thrive. I'm so sorry.
