The comb looks small which makes me say hen but the tail is pointy which makes me say roo...

I think it's a bit too soon to tell

Here are my EE pullets, they all have ( pointy tails) lol

coloration of comb plus the coloration of the bird itself says 100% cockerel

yes that is an EE

Rooster coloration, not saying it has to be this color, lol

he definitely has the cockerel feathers on his wings (although a pic in better lighting would also help to see that coloration on his wings)

Now I see what you saw, lol, the darker red in the wing bow

Really?! I got an "Ameraucana" and the guy told me it was a girl too but everyone said it was a EE on BYC.

thats so weird... and i hate it when the person that u r buying it from tells u a lie just so they could sell it...
