Are the photos of the same bird?

Yes the one that says of the hen yes,I just posted two of the one thought that was a roo

The second one have definite waddle development. I'm not 100% on the first though. My br mix started crowding really early. I'd keep your ears out for muffled crows.

They do look like br. I read some where if they have a largish white spot on top their head they are likely males. How true that is idk but I do know in my experience its been true.

Here's an example. The hen has a white spot but the roos takes up almost is entire head. Again I'm not sure how accurate this is.

And you'll notice the lighter color of the male. This is just a photo I found on Google

I know its frustrating when their little and you want to know. But in due time their feathers will tell you everything you need to know. And usually at 7 to 9 weeks you'll see a behavior change in any that are roos. They'll likely try mounting the girls. Good luck and in s few weeks if you're still not sure post some more pics.
