Somethimgs coming up through the floor

Houses built on the ground are on slabs. It is the combination of on the ground and dirt floor that is not working. Your predator is digging under the wall. So, yes, a coop like that needs skirting or to be converted to a coop with a floor. And if it is converted to a wooden floor, it might still need skirting or lining of hardware cloth or to be raised up a couple of feet because several of the predator species will tunnel under the coop to get the privacy to chew through a wood floor if they don't have better dinner options.

Edit to add: by skirting, I mean either out from the walls at ground level or down from the walls... maybe that is an apron rather than a skirt?
