Something’s wrong- First symptom: no eggs

I have a hen who is acting sick - puffy, lethargic, etc. But, she has some notable symptoms: I recently realized she is the only one who is not laying. She was the first to go into molt in October and now the last to start laying again. And the last 2 days, I noticed she has been getting winded easily. I noticed she was breathing heavily, but only when she ran across yard or something. Also, her poop is runny, and mostly white. I feel like these are some symptoms that should mean something. Any ideas???

How old is she? Many birds may soon start laying since daylight hours are getting longer. Does she have any enlargement of her lower belly under the vent that might be fluid/water belly or internal laying/salpingitis?

She’s eating and drinking, but not with as much enthusiasm as normal.

She’s 3 years old. No signs of water belly. She’s also one of my more regular layers, a leghorn cross. All the others have laid at least one egg since molting has ended.

The respiratory symptoms could be an early sign of respiratory infection or water belly. I would be tempted to worm her with Valbazen or SafeGuard liquid or paste. Probiotics may help some.
