Last night something dug under my enclosed turkey coop/run and took 8 baby turkeys. The hen was still in the coop not injured. In another coop where I had 3 young ducks, Something also dug under the run and killed 3 baby ducks. What ever killed the ducks did not take them. All three looked like they had a ring of blood around the neck. I notice one also had a small hole on its stomach. Too upset to look any closer at the ducks. Could the killer be a fox? Would it be two different predator? We trapped a skunk in the duck run last year, it was only eating eggs. Going to have to reinforce the runs and lock everyone up in the coops at night.

Could the killer be a fox?
We had the exact same thing happen to us! There was a small hole in the chicken wire where the fox got in (and, yes it was a fox, we saw it on our security camera), killed three of our chickens, only took one of them, and left. We fixed the chicken wire and we saw the fox kept coming back for a couple weeks during the night to see if he could get in to steal more of our flock.
You might want to fix that hole soon because if he knows that there is food there he will keep coming back and trying to get in.
It might take a couple days or weeks for him to finally figure out he can't get in after you reinforce the coop.
Hope you don't loose any more!
