something hanging out of chick's butt

3 days ago my hen hatched 10 chicks, the second day I noticed that one of them had something like poop hanging out of his butt, I thought it was just a poop and that it should get off after awhile. Today I noticed it's still there, so i had to take a closer look. It looks like poop but stuck onto something, I don't know how their butt looks but there's a tiny fleshy bulb coming out. Here are the photos. Any help???

Could be pasty butt or it could be the cord that attaches to the egg. When my chicks are stuck to their egg I just cut them loose. You could cut it off.
