Something I need to know.

There will be the opening of the coop the will be 10ft tall and open but I caved with cattle panel then chicken wire so it prevents them from getting out or anything coming in. Before my grandpa died in 2017 he had a farm for more than thirty year so that’s how how come about that idea and it worked just fine but me being new to it I’m reaching out looking for better things for my pets is all. If it was up to my my chickens would have theee own room In my house but that isn’t going to fly with my wife
Neither cattle panel or chicken wire keeps predators out. You'll want to invest in 1/2 inch hardware cloth, like this:

They probably mean bisecting the coop vertically, basically, giving it multiple floors each with a separate door (hopefully leading to separate runs). That's what I took it to mean, anyway.
I think they mean multiple levels of laying boxes.

I’ve got to have some type of heating system in my coop. My heating lights will have something customized to protect my chickens from and possibly out of reach of them. I’ve got two ducks also but you’ll see them in the winter time in the ice cold water I’m just concerned with the winter we had this year with temperatures reaching almost -15 that my chickens won’t survive a winter like that without heating lamps. These aren’t just some animals I bought just to have there my pets. From the time I get up I play with them till I’ve got to go for work then I come eat dinner and spend the remainder of the night with them. Really there more than just a pet to me

i know that I’ve jut saying that is what’s going to be the foundation for the coop. I got the idea from a video I watched. I want the chicken s and I to be able to move around comfortable around the coop with them and I all in there together

Ok great. I think you're underestimating how cold of weather chickens thrive in.
I think you should visit your particular state thread and talk to people in your town...I'm willing to bet money that 99% of them do not have added heat in their coops.

Chickens actually don't need supplemental heat, even if temps are below zero. Their feathers are incredibly good insulators, trapping pockets of warm air next to their skin to keep them warm. The red glow of heat lamps actually bothers the chickens and makes it hard for them to sleep.
If you really feel strongly about heating the coop, this type of heater is better than a heat lamp. They have a way lower risk of starting a fire and don't emit light. https://www.amazon.com/Cozy-Products-Chicken-Heater-Brooder/dp/B01LX9K1JI
