I had a toasted tuna sandwich with lays original chips and a banana.

Baked Ziti tonight. Salad. Green beans. We still have a lot in the freezer from last year's harvest.

I'm making something that started from a recipe called cod and carrots and was a soup, but I turned it into more of a fish stew. And use Haddock because it's available and cheap.

Went out with my Bestie for lunch and brought home the best soup! So dinner tonight is an amazing Clam Chowder so thick I can eat it with a fork and maybe some homemade biscuits with a salad, if I get to feeling domestic ...
