Something I want to say...

OK, I am new and want to say "hello chicken people!"

I have Japanese Silkies and need to learn a few things, so I am coming here to the forum of chicken wisdom.

I am hoping to learn the inside scoop for caring for these lovable animals, that I treat with respect and they treat me with respect by providing me food and taking care of my outdoor bug problems. Chickens are such a win-win in so many ways, except for the digging up of my flower beds and pooping on my patio. But what the heck. Love them.
