something is not working

I posted something on a thread today and noticed that under my name/handle it said 126 posts. I thought this very odd since several months ago when I posted it also said 126 posts and I have posted numerous times since. Is the counter or whatever on these posts not working any more?

Well, I guess this time it changed to 127.

It's possible that you posted on threads that have since been deleted for one reason or another. Periodically, some really big threads do get cleared out and that will effect the post count of people who posted on those threads.
