I agree with joe125 and wpalmisano, I think it is time to cull her.
I am amazed that she is still hanging in there. But she has to be suffering.
It is a tribute to you that she has survived so long.
But if it is a disease, you are indangering your entire flock by keeping her alive.
If it is the result of injury, she has had time to get better and has not and she should be culled to end her suffering.
She is getting worse instead of better for all that you have tried to do for her. Then it is time.
When we have animals, our job is not just to feed and water and try to heal them. We also have the resonsibility of ending their suffering if that time comes. I feel the time in now for your girl.
