Something is wrong with my duck! Please respond!

Shes bad at swimming, her chest his bright red under her feathers and her chest is muddy because it can't be groomed properly, there is something wrong around her eye, her tail is always drooping, and she has trouble balancing. Her name is splash, and shes 3-4 months old and I think shes a pekin. I sprayed some wound cleaning and anti- fungal poultry and livestock sprays on her chest which seem to be helping and I put EMT gel around her eye which also seems to be helping.

I know nothing about ducks, but maybe giving her a warm bath to get her cleaned up could help you see what's going on better? I"m going to tag @Miss Lydia and @Isaac 0

You get used to seeing them I know that @ casportony is also good with ducks, but is also very busy so I'm not going to tag atm.

As far as the balancing and swimming, a little extra niacin may help. It won't hurt. I do hope you can get more help than I can offer.
