I have 18 week old Pekin ducks. They are quite large of course, but they are "pets," not for food consumption. One of them, isn't walking very well now, and uses her wings to stabilize herself. Could it be a "tick" issue? The feathers are soooooooo dense, trying to locate one is very difficult.

She doesn't seem to be in any pain or discomfort, her legs just aren't working well. I kind of want to have some idea of what might be her issue, before I take her to the vet.

Thoughts?

Is it possible she may be getting ready to lay eggs, I'm not sure, just a guess , also you can give her a warm water soak in a tub if it is her legs and keep her isolated

Good luck to you, do you give them frozen peas? That helps with niacin, mine love them, it's an afternoon treat or when grandkids come over, they feed them that, that way when they hear them comming they run to them.

Garden Jen 77, I just read that raw apple cider vinegar is good for leg problems and lethargic on this site, what's good to feed your ducks, so I thought of you, good luck

Well good to know, I don't think you give t to them straight I think you add it to her water, her name is netti, it's on hear so I trusted it , it's the ultimate food to feed your ducks, I'm not sure how to paste and navigate, so you have to look it up if you want
