Something is wrong with my guinea

This Guinea didn’t look normal yesterday like it wasnt running around with the rest so I brought her inside and after about 24 hours of being inside she can’t keep her head up and is rolling around flapping, one of them did this the other day and every one said heart attack or shock but those just don’t happen this often, there is a foot of snow on the ground and it’s cold so that might have something to do with it but here’s a video and a picture of how she’s set up
