Many states do them for free, so it's definitely worth looking into. Shipping is cheap if they let you use their FedEx account like UC Davis does.

I was able to get in touch with the lab late this afternoon. The Dr told me to pack Ms Cleo up just as you said and mail her in using their fedex account. So again thank you for the good advice.
