My hen is throwing her head back and rolling it around. She seems to be limping on her left leg but nothing appears injured.
She is eating and drinks. Her comb is a little faded and dry but her eyes are still bright.

Welcome to BYC. Was she hurt? She is showing signs of wry neck (opisthonotos, torticolis, crook neck.) That can be a sign of a head injury, Mareks disease, vitamin deficiency, and other diseases that can cause brain inflammation. Does she have other symptoms? Can she eat or drink with her neck like that? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? You can add water to a small amount of her food in a bowl, and hold her wrapped in a towel to try and feed her 2-3 times a day. Add vitamins to her water and a little egg to her food to treat for wry neck with vitamin E and selenium. Selenium is found in eggs, tuna, and sunflower seeds among other foods.

Not that I am aware or find anything. She come out of it and has eaten a little by hand.
