DId you try looking her over at night after she was on the roost? If the rooster doesn't like it, maybe just grab her and take her out of the coop and go examine her elsewhere so he has nothing to say about it.

I'm glad she came back, though. Have you treated her for shock? Wouldn't hurt to offer her some sugar water (away from the rooster, lol). Mix 1 tsp sugar with 1 cup water and a pinch each of salt and baking soda. Stir or shake to dissolve and hold some up to her beak for her to drink.
