Something strange with my roo’s eye

My rooster suddenly developed certain eye condition that I’m unable to treat nor diagnose. One of the eyes is always dilated, looks bigger and has a transparent bubble like growth.
It first appeared when the roo was 3-4 month old. A vet said it could be just an eye injury and should subside with time.
The roo is 9 months old now and the eye is still the same.

The roo is healthy otherwise, and doesn’t seem to be blind in the eye.

can anyone tell me what it is and what can be done?

This looks somewhat like an ablation of vitreum to me, might have occured after an injury.
