something stuck in her throat or a cold?

My black sex link is acting weird. It's been going on for a week now. I posted something a few days ago and on their suggestion I bought oxine to disinfectant and treat a possible cold. Well she was just making a quaking sound but now she will be standing up and close her eyes, stretch out her neck then make an occasional quack. Any ideas on what could be wrong? Thanks in advance for the advice! Oh yea...she IS a chicken lol..she is just sounding like a duck!

When a chicken stretches out her neck it can mean she is trying to breath easier
Are her nostrils crusty or have any discharge
Is their any swelling around the face
Does she have any mucous in her mouth
You may need to research respiratory infections and see if your chicken has any symptoms
What treatment have you used so far??

That makes sense. I haven't done anything yet because I don't know what to do. I have some oxine coming to try but won't be before Friday. I will Google respiratory ailments I'm chickens...thanks!
