Something to let hens get away from rooster?

I have one rooster who mates with all my hens, then a silkie rooster who only mates with one or two or my girls. I have one hen who is always being jumped on by both roosters and now she's pretty much terrified of them. I kept her separate for a good couple months, but she attacked a pullet in the little coop so I had to saddle her up and put her back in with the big chickens.

So now she's hiding in a nesting box all day, avoiding the roos! She's decently smaller than my big rooster, but the little rooster is her size, maybe a little smaller than her. I'm working on a third coop but it won't be done for a while, are there any structures or anything to put in the run for the hens? Should I just fence her off during the day and put her back with them at night? The poor girl runs AWAY from them, and that makes them want her more! The big gash they gave her finally healed... I just feel so bad, she's one of my sweetest hens! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I have 9 hens for one rooster. Even with that,he has his favorite. Aprons for the over-mated hens can help. Getting rid of the roosters will help, too.

I have a pen with 1 rooster and 9 hens, the hens look terrible. I have another pen 2 roosters and 8 hens, they don't look to bad. I think some roosters are just rougher with the hens than other roosters. Because of this I am considering bachelor pads, only put the roosters with the hens when fertilized eggs are needed. And even then only every third day or maybe every other day.
