When my GD was in 5th grade, she took her Bible to school. Some of the kids knocked it out of her hands to the ground, took it from her, tossed it back and forth, and stomped on it while she begged and cried to get it back. She was pretty traumatized by the whole thing. Persecution wears many faces.

I love this promise!

To put in present language: "Don't neglect to extend hospitality to strangers, for some have entertained angels this way without knowing it."

Hey y'all! I watched the Passion of The Christ for the first time yesterday. Has anyone else watched it? What did y'all think about it?
For me, it gave me a different view on enduring persecution. I've only been criticized over the internet, but who knows what will happen in the fast changing future. I think maybe God is preparing His children for harder times. As @Lacy Duckwing graciously posted a week ago, I think we should all start praying more for the persecuted.
