Use a garden tiller to dig right up to the pen, run, or coop. Rake the lose dirt back from the vertical wire. Attach the apron or skirt and rake the dirt back where it came from. Pack the lose dirt down on the apron. Its Miller Time.

Where are you located? We can’t know for sure what’s it is until you tell us where we are but I’m guessing it’s probaly a raccoon. Can you put wildlife cameras out near the coop? You can get some at TSC (they are for hunters) and put them near the coop so you can know for sure what is trying to get them. Then we’ll have a better idea on how to stop it.

Also maybe put a weatherproof radio out there and put it to a talk show? That’s what I did after my ducks got attacked and the attacks stopped
