I only referred to her as He as being a bird. Yes it's a Pullet..

OK.... I thought a "pullet" was a reference for a chicken that isn't laying eggs yet? Is that innacurate?

Any Female bird under a year old is a Pullet weather she lays or not..

My rooster's earlobe looks exactly the same and he's fine. I don't think there's anything to worry about.
