Ok, info:

Breed: Golden Campine
Age:3-4 months
Weight:Unknown
She isnt bleeding from what i know.
I dont know if shes eating or drinking,or if thers sumthing wrong with her poop yet either.(she doesnt really look like shes interested in the food right now)
I have her separated at the moment in a big rabbit cage with straw and fresh food and water.
I hope i can treat her myself.
Her coop before is just a regular coop with straw, fresh food and water and the other chickens. I do clean it,actually i cleaned it just the other day~
I noticed yesterday when she started acting different, shes all poofed out as if shes cold or is trying to sleep, shes pretty rigid too, slow. Shes not really moving or foraging like she usually might. Nor is she really making any noises, and if she does, they dont really sound like they normally do,i dunno how to describe it,like maybe its from a different chicken. She didnt move either wen i looked her over, i could grab onto her legs, extend her wings, open her beak, etc (her legs were much colder then the other chickens' were) and she wouldnt really move that much..She wasnt roosting (or able to?) either last night. She has just now sat down..i think shes trying to sleep. When i picked her up earlier and set her back down, she sorta stumbled almost like she lost her balance. And i hate to say it,but i picked her up to take her over to the coop and she fell like 3 feet and just sat ther for a sec, then slowly got back up and stood ther..i feel really bad that i didnt hold her properly

Shes laying on her side a lot too. The other chickens were trying to peck her when i looked at her also, so thats why i separated her, plus i just honestly dont know whats wrong with her..
hmm.png
My mom says it might be because of our rooster..but i havent seen him do anything really bad, he just does what i would think i rooster does, look after them and keep the pecking order in line.
Maybe its the cold?
Maybe the other chickens?
An illness i dunno about?

I hope thers sumthing i can do to help her

Thank Yew ahead of time~

Hi Yoko, I hope I can assist you.
First, this hen MUST be taken into a warm place, in a cage of some kind. The place must be draft-free, too and where you can tend to her.
She will need her own food and water.

This will give you a chance to hand feed and water her, which may be necessary. Deep-bed the cage and give her a little roost on the floor, such as one made out of a piece of 2/4.

Now, check her crop and vent and her body generally, pluse examine any droppings? If you see blood in droppings, I'd strongly suspect a disease called coccidiosis. Fortunately there is a medicine called Amprolium for this, available where you get your feed. But wait, there is more.

Is there any sign of lice, mites or ticks?

Discharge at the nostrils?

The wheezing suggests a respiratory component.

Do you have an avian vet?

I know i'm asking a lot, but if someone here is to assist you, we need to know a lot more...

I have her next to me in my room and its always warm in my room and draft free, she does have her food and water, ill put in a roost for her.
I dont believe ther is any lice, mites or ticks.
i just looked her over also, and she pooped, it was creamy color and it was like the consistency of creamy milk
she still seems to be having problems standing without losing her balance, and shes sorta letting her wings fall off her sides a bit
hmm.png

she has no discharge.
she seems to be hanging around the feeder and i believe shes eating some right now too.
EDIT: plus i dont know if we have any avian vets

Time to get her to eat, her droppings indicate she hasn't eaten much of anything for some time.

Try cooking oatmeal, boiling up and egg, making a mash of her feed. Anything that you think you can get her to eat.

Its possible the others have bullied her and kept her from feed. Or she might have something truly physically wrong but unless she gets some nutrition she's going to keep sliding.

UPDATE:

i gave her the oatmeal and feed earlier, not long after she started making a gurgly noise wen she was breathing,so i went to chat and asked for help, did all i could for her, and about 5 minutes ago i watched her get up,start shaking and fall over dead. i think she had a seizure
