I'm worried about your comment that you had a rooster die of similar symptoms a month ago. I've had chickens die from Marek's with Wry Neck symptoms but it was, in fact, Marek's. Be careful, you don't want to overdo the vitamin E. If this one perishes, have a necropsy done. Most states have labs that will do them for little to no fee. That way, you will know what is going on. Keeping my fingers crossed that it is wry neck and she comes out of it just fine

OK I am going to Walmart in about an hour so hopefully they have what I need.
As for mareks on other chicken, his eyes did not look like when they have mereks. And his poo was normal. I checked all diseases and couldn't find anything that matched his curled neck. But if this one dies will definitely get it tested. Wouldn't all my other chicks have it though? They've been penned together for months.

Eyes don't have to show signs of Marek's. Marek's manifests itself many different ways. Not all will come down with it at once. It can take months, even years for some to show signs. Some never will. I just wanted to bring it to your attention. Testing would be a great idea if this one dies also.

No disrespect, the symptoms match and the rooster wouldn't have had to come with it...it could have picked it up later.

But how do they get mareks? I had 3 chickens since August of 2011 and none ever showed signs of anything. They were hatched by me. They were the only chickens Ive owned until the rooster so I am hoping something not contagious because I just added all my new hatches for this year in the past 2 months. Are there others signs to look for to determine wry neck or mereks or only a test? I have have 20 other chicks from 2 months to 3 weeks in same pen.
I got the polyvisol and vitiman E Walmart had them. See if she does any better. She will eat but I have to make her drink by dipping beak.

Try the vitamin therapy. It can take up to 2 weeks for signs of improvement. Only worry about Marek's if this one dies also. Then, have a necropsy done and wait for the results. That is the only way that you will know. Sorry that I mentioned it. I didn't want to upset anyone. Marek's can be in the air, soil, wild birds, etc. A warning bell went off when you said that a rooster had died earlier from the same thing. You feed well and it is unusual to see vitamin deficiencies in more than one bird on a well balanced diet.

I hatched out that rooster myself, plus he was 9 months old, she had him for 6 weeks which makes him 10 1/2 months old, He did not show any signs except the twisting of the neck, I have talked with a vet and he thought perhaps it could be West Niles, West Niles causes the twisting of the neck. He showed NO other symptoms, no leg paralysis, no diarear, no other symptoms,he ate very well. When he was sick I immediately brought him back to my house to try and cure him of the wry neck. I believe I may have been too late, because the next day he had past. With Marek's FIRST sign is the split, one leg in front, one in the back and they usually develop an immuned to it after 5 Months.. AGAIN, he was 9 months, he was in perfect health when he left my place. NO OTHER CHICKENS of mine is showing ANY signs of sickness or anything. I have over 75 chickens. From youngsters to Adults...The vet ALSO indicated it's a possibitly he could have gotten an EAR infection...

No I'm glad you mentioned other things, I have all my chicks from this year in the same pen and will have to start over if they all start dying. And I looked up every disease when the rooster got curled neck and started not being able to even stand. He kept falling to side. He would eat and drink and poo looked normal also.
I feed them game bird grower, cracked corn and scratch. Throw in grass and give them mealworms so I thought I was giving them enough. Maybe I need to give more vitamins? I wasn't giving them any until someone said I need to, this is my 1st year owning chickens so still learning.
But I am hoping she is OK and gets better. I will be so upset to loose her, my husband even said tonight " she's the nicest one".

She's right we looked up all kinds of diseases but his didn't match any diseases we looked up.

I have been battling Marek's for 10 months and I am here to tell you, as will many others, that the split leg one front one back is NOT the first symptom!!! And, they will also tell you that the age limit is a bunch of bunk. I've lost birds that are 14 months old. I've lost birds to Marek's, diagnosed through necropsy, that showed NO external symptoms and they were 8 months old. I am not trying to say that your chicken carried Marek's from your farm. The OP asked for suggestions, I gave them. I have TONS of experience in what symptoms to look for in Marek's....I have lost 1 polish and 1 silkie to Marek's that first exhibited as wry neck and 30 others that exhibited too many different symptoms to list.
