something wrong with vent ?

Feed: Whole grains ( 10 types), Fish meal and feed pre Mix, Vegetables

yesterday she was ok perky active jumping and playing but today i noticed her standing in one corner with eyes closed.
When i checked her i found this




You can see the cheesy matter in the vent. I gently washed it with antiseptic first and removanceed this yellow mass with cotton bud. The smell was very bad and rotten. When i removed the yellow substance i saw blood underneath but coming from inside the vent. I gave her Amoxil 250 mg. after few minutes she poopes pic attached

She is eating and drinking now but seems to be in pain. Its the first time ever that i am seeing this problem. Please advise.
 
She has suffered a prolapsed vent. It may have happened from egg binding or passing too large of an egg. Place her in a warm bath (epson salts or mild soap) and clean off the vent. Take some honey or thick sugar paste, and gently try to push the vent back inside, and hold it for a bit. It it has been prolapsed long, it may be swollen and not easy to push back in. It also may come back out with each bowel movement or egg layed. Here are 2 good links about prolapse including a pressure bandage to hold the vent in:
