Something's up with this little chick

Baby may just be a little slower to develop. I had a lazy guinea that didn't preen as much. Once he had a juvenile molt he was fine. When the crop is full it looks like a marble sticking out of the chest.

It should correct it's self with the next molt. I don't see anything to worry about! With the proper nutrition being feed it will continue to get better with each molt.
