she is a hen she been laying since 12/9 and something blocking the poop from coming out and she acts fine just like the other ones

Hmmm. usually eggbound hens are listless... Is it possible the poop just got caught in her butt feathers? We have a BR with an extra poofy butt that gets poopy really easily. Though that pic looks nasty... could you post clearer ones perhaps?

Washing, or if it's in her feathers and it won't come off you may have to cut some of the fluff. make sure to dry her thoroughly.

I do too. Go do it and see. There are many reasons why she may not be laying. Maybe you haven't caught her pooping yet.

Isolate her. Bring her inside, to see if she poops.

Cant really tell from the picture what's going on. Separate her and bring her in the house so you can see better and observe her. Could be a partial prolapse, in which case, a hemmorroid ointment may help shrink tissues. Could it be a wound? I just cant tell.
