There is a white puffy growth, puss, or inflammation on my pet turkey's eye, I think it's actually the eye lid if they have one coming from the side. Maybe it's a sty or an infection? I am completely new to turkeys and this site, so I'd appreciate some help in identification and what to do..

He acts pretty normal and it just popped up yesterday

Welcome. Hard to tell from shot but if I had to guess I'd say Favus (fungal infection). The external fungal infection can be treated with Miconazole or similar med. However, that area of the ear looks to be involved as well (might need an internal antifungal like Diflucan).

A clearer shot would help.

Here is an advanced search for Favus (some threads with shots of chooks, primarily, and treatment options):

Thank you for your reply. From what I can tell (following your links and web search), I don't think it WAS farvus, I say was because it shrunk down to almost nothing over night. It wasn't powdery, the more I think about it, it looked and acted more like a stye. I guess I'll do a search to see if that's possible. Thank you very much for taking the time to help me out, I really appreciate it and will continue to use the site.
